Shopping Malls in india are getting closed coz of less occupancy. If free shopping area in any mall is greater than 40% then tat mall is called Ghost Mall & india has 64 ghost shopping malls and in year 2025 number of ghost malls will be more than 127 where there are total 600 shopping malls in whole india has category A,B,C malls means very big to small malls . It is found that very big malls where are maximum brands situated or malls which are very small are preferred by mass. Only Delhi/NCR has highest number of ghost malls i.e 21. While other places even pune or Bombay each has only 3 ghost malls . Shopping malls are showing CAGR of 24% & online shopping is on rise with CAGR of nearly 18% , if we see data then only clothing brands are preferred to be shopped from shopping malls due to feel n touch cause n mentality of people . So re-think if u hv any other items plan to sell it online.
