Pandemic has resulted much of the stress in human population and because of that many symptoms are imerging out in people like grinding of teeth ,breaking of teeth etc or mental health issues, say anxiety or depression so we have to try to be more carefull about ourselfs so mindfullness medidation or littlle yoga or walk is recmonded because these activities release specjal harmons to cope up with tension or stress.
Because Life is lived being fighting against the threat of death . Keep fighting and assert yourself and thats the way this war could be fought .
